Frosted Shower Screens

A frosted glass shower screen provides privacy while still allowing natural light to enter the shower. They are made of clear glass that has been treated with a frosted finish, which diffuses light and makes it difficult to see through.

Frosted glass shower screens are a popular choice for both new construction and remodeling projects, as they provide a clean and modern look.

Partially Frosted Shower Screens

Shower screens with partial frosting are usually achieved with a specialist film being applied strategically to clear glass in specific areas or sections.

Shower Panels

Our shower panels look extremely modern and are the perfect solution for many bathroom layouts. The panels can be framed or semi-frameless. The semi-frameless has two framed edges for fixing to the wall and floor, leaving two edges of the glass frameless.

The glass used in our shower panels is toughened 6mm or 8mm safety glass and is available in a variety of styles:

  • GLASS THICKNESS FRAMED: 6mm
  • GLASS OPTIONS FRAMED: Clear| Low Iron | Satin Etch | Grey | Narrow Reeded | Satin Lite

Shower Screen Layouts

There are many factors to consider when choosing a shower screen layout. The first step is to determine the size and shape of the shower area and if you have or want a shower recess. Once the dimensions have been determined, it is important to consider the desired look and feel of the space.

For example, a more open layout may be desired if the goal is to create a spa-like atmosphere. On the other hand, a more closed-off layout may be better suited for a busy family bathroom. In addition to aesthetic considerations, it is also important to think about functionality. For instance, placing the showerhead in a convenient location can help save time and minimize water waste. With so many factors to consider, it is important to consult with a professional before making any final decisions.

A small bathroom will not be able to accommodate a large, luxurious shower. Likewise, a large bathroom can look odd if it only has a small shower cubicle. The next thing to consider is the shape of the room. You might think that an oddly shaped bathroom may make it difficult to find a shower screen that fits well, but fortunately, as we custom-build all of our shower screens this is not a problem. In fact, this plays to our strengths in ensuring that your shower panel fits perfectly and is well suited to its environment.

Another consideration is the placement of the fixtures. If the sink and toilet are close to the shower, it may be difficult to install a traditional swinging door. In this case, a sliding, or even an accordion door may be a better option.

Regardless of the layout, all of the glass edges to our panels are polished, even the fully framed shower screen.

Inline Shower Screens / Wall to Wall

Inline shower screens can be installed with or without any framework. Generally, they span two walls in a straight line and consist of one or more fixed panels and a door. See the image below to help demonstrate what an inline shower screen looks like.

Corner Shower Screens

When planning a bathroom layout, one important consideration is the type of screen you will need. There are a variety of options on the market, but corner shower screens are a popular choice for many homeowners. Corner shower screens can save space in small bathrooms, but they can also offer a great aesthetic.

When choosing a corner shower screen, it is important to consider the size of your bathroom and the style of your décor. There are a variety of materials and finishes available, so you can find one that perfectly suits your needs. With careful planning, a corner shower can help you create the bathroom of your dreams.

See the images below to demonstrate the wide variety of styles open to you for a corner-style shower screen

Corner Entry Shower Screens

Corner entry shower screens are not to be confused with standard corner shower screens. As you can see in the picture shown, a corner entry screen has the entrance at the apex of one corner.

Entry is facilitated by sliding doors which can be a godsend if you have the sort of bathroom layout that prevents a pivot door from opening, such as the one in this image.

Black Framed Shower Screens

Our black framed shower screens are among our most popular products. The matt black frame and fixtures are proving to be popular with new builds and renovators alike. Normally the frame is chosen to match the shower head and tapware in the bathroom, in a white bathroom this can look very modern and striking as you can see from this image.

Our black frames are perfect for semi frameless and fully framed screens, however, if you’re going for a frameless glass you can still have matt black hinges and handles.
